We had to dig deep into the DMB vault for this early show! DMB performed a free concert in Norfolk alongside the Elizabeth River to a group of ecstatic fans, many of whom were being introduced to DMB for the first time that April afternoon. The crowd was definitely having a good time as evidenced by the recording. The entire show is a highlight. Our favorite tracks are The Best of What’s Around, Warehouse, Tripping Billies and Minarets.

redsox28December 28, 2008Excellent old school DMB! Great set, sounds decent. The standout for me was the 11 minute version of Rhyme and Reason. Never heard this version. never got into it before but this is probably my favorite. Love the long Minarets intro. It's a must here. Carter adding vocals in there too. Warehouse was a bit of a disappointment for me, but I'll take this over any 2005 and later version. An excellent Ants and it's great to get some BOWA on an album. If you are a true DMB fan, you will love this album. You can pass on those new live trax albums and pick this up. The best part for me is NO Rashawn Ross!! Highly recommend this.
